Komodo Dragon

$45.00

The largest living lizard just grows and grows and grows…

A komodo dragon is an indeterminate grower, meaning it never stops growing in length or weight for as long as it lives. The largest verified specimen of a komodo dragon reached a length of 10.3 feet (3.13 meters) and weighed 366 pounds (166 kilograms).

Komodo dragons are carnivores, or meat-eaters, and also cannibals, which means they eat other komodo dragons. In fact, newly hatched dragons run to climb the nearest tree to avoid being eaten by an adult komodo dragon. What a stressful introduction into the world! Despite such scary beginnings, they are thought to live for up to 30 years in the wild.

Ingredients: Avocados and sweet potato.
