Want to Host a Virus?

$45.00

There are more of them on earth than stars in the universe.

It is estimated there are 10 nonillion (that’s 10x10x10 up to 31 times) individual viruses on the planet, which is 100 million times more than the number of stars.

Trouble is, most viruses can only replicate with the aid of a host, that is, a place to live, like in a living organism such as bacteria, plants, animals, and even humans. Luckily for us, the virus pathogens are very picky about the cells they infect, so only an infinitesimally small fraction of the viruses that exist pose any threat to humans.

Such a relief! We are having enough trouble dealing with the ones we have now, thanks.

Ingredients: Rambutans and lychees.
